It’s getting that time, I have been looking for a better place to lay my head, and the options are looking up. I like the idea of retiring in the southlands (it’s warmer down there). But, there’s a lot to think about.
Among the issues crowding my mind these days are Real Estate Values. If I put my house on the market, I’ll be needing to shine it up, spiff up the wear and tear it’s absorbed over the years and make it look new again.
